Here's a little extra information about your upcoming appointment. Please take the time to read it before coming in.

On the day of your appointment:

Before you leave home, please check your temperature, and consider if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, including:

  • A recent onset of a new, continuous cough
  • A high temperature (typically over 37.8℃)
  • A loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell

If yes to any of those questions, please contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When you arrive, you will be asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds or use the sanitiser provided.

Please bring a bottle of water. We are not offering glasses of water to limit chances of cross contamination.

Wear easy to remove clothing and keep jewellery to a minimum. A box will be provided in which you can put your possessions and clothes when you undress. This box will be fully cleaned and sanitised between clients.

We have had to remove all sort furnishings from the room. You will be provided with a sheet to cover yourself with during the massage, and we still have the knee and ankle bolsters; if you would like a bit of extra comfort; some people have found the lack of face cradle uncomfortable so bringing a small towel can help. Also, with the cold weather coming in you may wish to bring a blanket.

Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment, we now have a 30 minute gap between appointments, this is used to disinfect the practice room, table, equipment, hallway and bathroom. If you arrive early you will be asked to wait outside until the time of your appointment.

Your practitioner will be wearing the appropriate level of PPE - personal protective equipment. At the current time this is:

Government mandated:

  • Visor - for the duration of the appointment
  • Gloves - for the actual massage

Full PPE - the above plus an apron and mask will be worn when working with:

  • Vulnerable clients
  • Clients exposed due to their employment

Please bring a face covering to wear during your appointment, it is now mandatory to do so.

When leaving and entering the building, please try not to touch any surfaces, your therapist will handle the doors for you. You will be required to wash or sanitise your hands as you leave.
